Matt Bacak's Blogging Again

On the heels of a long hiatus, Internet marketing legend Matt Bacak is making blogging a priority once again. "The Powerful Promoter" is committed to frequently updating his blog with fresh content that has genuine value to his readers and followers.

Duluth, GA (PRWEB) September 25, 2009 -- Internet marketing legend Matt Bacak (http://www.ezinearticles.com/?expert=Matt_Bacak) is back with a newfound commitment to his blog. On a near daily basis, "The Powerful Promoter" has been updating his once-neglected Weblog with fresh content that provides genuine value to the reader. Recent topics have included Why Facebook Marketing (http://www.mattbacak.com/mattbacakblogs/why-facebook-marketing-is-a-must-for-your-internet-marketing-arsenal-of-tools/) Is a Must for Your Internet Marketing Arsenal of Tools and Marketing on Twitter Increases Visibility - And Profits. Interspersed among the informative articles are special offers Internet marketers will not want to miss, like Download the Free Google Cash System and A Billion Dollar Education Here. Web-based entrepreneurs who want to ensure they don't miss out on a single one of Bacak's tantalizing blog posts can sign up for updates via email or feed reader online at http://feeds.feedburner.com/mattbacak/Qpgh.

A pioneer in embracing Internet marketing technology, Bacak published his first blog post on Wednesday, November 10, 2004. Just four months prior to that date, the U.S. National Institute for Technology & Liberal Education (NITL) identified a mere 655,631 blogs on the Web, with a note that around 30 percent of them were inactive.

But blogging wasn't the only social marketing strategy Bacak entered at its infancy. On Sunday, December 12, 2004, his holiday gift to the Internet marketing community was his first podcast. At that time, Google searches on the word "podcasts" numbered in the mere double digits.

Despite being so far ahead of his time in harnessing the Web's technological advances, Bacak almost became a statistic. According to a June 2009 "New York Times" article citing Technorati data, "only 7.4 million out of the 133 million blogs the company tracks had been updated in the past 120 days. That translates to 95 percent of blogs being essentially abandoned." Because of his past hectic traveling schedule and an all-consuming focus on a few of his own Internet marketing businesses, Bacak's blog was on the fast track to extinction.

Now he's back, better than ever, with new posts being intuitively divided between "Matt's Offers" (http://www.mattbacak.com/category/mattbacakoffers/) and "Matt Bacak's Blog" (http://www.mattbacak.com/category/mattbacakblogs/), which is devoted to general topic discussions. These changes, however, are just the beginning for Bacak.

"I have a lot of cool things planned," he promises. "For a while, I pretty much had only an RSS feed that I populated from my emails. Not anymore! Now I'm updating my blog like crazy with genuinely good stuff. If it's Internet marketing related and you want to know how to do it, you'll find it covered on my blog."

Despite giving away all of this useful and valuable information for free, Bacak isn't greedy with it. Provided they use the trackback link to the article, he encourages readers to freely share his blog posts.
