CapeCodOnline Wins Five Top Honors From the New England Associated Press News Executives Association

CapeCodOnline received top honors in five of nine online categories at this fall's New England Associated Press News Executives Association fall conference.

Awards were presented at the Sheraton Providence Airport Hotel in Warwick, RI on September 25.

Judge's noted CapeCodOnline's unique local coverage of the passing of Senator Ted Kennedy (http://www.capecodonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?category=SPECIAL18), saying it "rivals anything else on the Internet" and awarding it first place for Special Sections. The site's Entertainment Section (http://www.capecodonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?category=ENTERTAIN) also won first place for its strength in presenting unique and thorough local coverage - especially its "awesome blogs." In the multimedia category, CapeCodOnline's Cape Cast (http://www.capecast.com) won top honors for Video.
